What does it mean to purchase a Redland Goods product?

It means carrying a small piece of the Redland imagery with you: Namibia, roads, desert, wildlife, graphics, and real travel.

Every purchase also contributes to the development of the Redland Tours project: content, research, communication, and new experiences in the area.

Are the product images final?

Images and mockups are for illustrative purposes only. Colors, proportions, print placement, and details may vary slightly depending on the size, medium, and production process.

We do our best to display products accurately, but minor differences are normal.

Are the products available immediately?

It depends on the product. Some items may be available in stock, others may be produced on demand, pre-ordered, or handled by external partners.

When a product requires specific production or shipping times, we indicate this on the product page or in the order confirmation.

Can I return a product?

Yes, standard products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, if they are intact, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless the error, defect, or non-conformity is attributable to Redland Tours.

Yes. Unless due to a defect or error attributable to Redland Tours, the following may be excluded from returns:

  • personalized products;
  • custom-made products;
  • used, washed or damaged products;
  • products without labels or original packaging, when essential;
  • items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, if opened or used.
What happens if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

Write to us at INFO@REDLANDTOURS.COM, indicating your order number, the name used for the purchase, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product received.

If the defect, error, or problem is confirmed, we will consider a replacement, refund, credit, or other suitable solution.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on product availability, destination country, shipping method, any on-demand production, and courier handling.

Any estimated times will be indicated on the product page, at checkout, or in the order confirmation.

Do you also ship outside Namibia or Italy?

When available, yes. Shipping options depend on the product and the destination country.

For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may be borne by the customer.

Can I modify an order after submitting it?

If the order has not yet been processed or produced, we can try to modify it. Please write to us as soon as possible at INFO@REDLANDTOURS.COM.

For products already in production, shipped or made to order, modification may not be possible.

To preserve the print for longer, we recommend gentle washing, preferably inside out, avoiding high temperatures and aggressive tumble dryers.
