Many travelers arrive with some certainties and many questions: the dates maybe yes, the itinerary maybe not, the budget to be understood, the duration to be evaluated, the level of assistance still to be defined.

That's fine.

Our job is to help you transform an idea into a sensible proposal: realistic in time, consistent with your way of traveling and sustainable in the field.

In Namibia Whoever fills the program the most doesn't win. Whoever builds the road best wins.

You will not receive an automatic response disguised as advice.

2. We evaluate the most suitable formula

We will understand if you make more sense a guided tour, an organized tour, a tailor-made journey, a specialized experience or a hybrid formula.

3. We respond to you with an initial orientation

We will show you feasibility, any missing information, next steps and, when possible, an initial direction of the proposal.

4. We build the proposal

If the trip is consistent with our way of working, we prepare a more precise proposal with services, assistance, inclusions, exclusions and conditions.

5. Let's define the support level together

Welcome, on-site assistance, guide/accompaniment, guided days, local partners or more independent travel: it depends on what you really need.

Costs and estimate

It depends on the request.

For more defined services, such as some guided tours, welcome or special packages, it can be possible to indicate a fixed price or a light band.

For tailor-made travel, private tours or more articulated experiences, we must first evaluate duration, period, people, logistics, level of comfort, activities, partners involved and assistance required.

After this evaluation we can build a sensible proposal, with legible costs and defined services.

Do you have fixed price packages?

Yes, there can be.

Redland can offer special packages, launch experiences, guided tours, welcome formulas or pilot departures at a fixed or indicative price.

These packages also serve to give a first reference to the market: they help to understand cost range, type of service and level of experience.

For trips built on request, however, the price is defined on the actual proposal.

Why we ask for this information

Fewer unnecessary questions. More fair proposal.

The form information we need not to respond to a generic phrase “depend”. Although, let's say, in Namibia often depends on it.

Period, duration and number of people completely change the proposal. The same applies to comfort level, type of assistance and travel style.

The clearer the request, the more useful our response will be.

Example:

A 12-day trip for a couple with selected lodges, welcome on arrival and a few guided days does not have the same structure as an autonomous self-drive with only initial briefing.

Both can be great. But they are not the same journey.

Three useful things to know

You don't have to have everything decided.

You can write to us even if you only have the period, number of people and a general idea.

We don't just sell group travel.

We can work on guided tours, private tours, tailor-made trips, specialized experiences and on-site assistance.

We don't promise everything to everyone.

If a request is not consistent, feasible or sensible on the field, we say so. Better a honest answer today than a fragile journey tomorrow.
