NORTH / SAFARI
Etosha.
The salt pan and the water pools give shape to one of the great landscapes of Namibian fauna.
Plan your tripWorth knowing.
The safari revolves around the pan and pools of water. Stop observing more than accumulating kilometers; sightings remain unpredictable.
How to live it.
Choose first inside or outside the park: the base determines entrances and organization of the days. Period, vegetation and water availability change the experience.
On the field.
A giraffe on the horizon can be as memorable as a nearby lion. The difference, often, is how much time you are willing to give it.
The pool is a scene, not a spectacle
MEFT describes the pools as key observation points. Waiting and reading behaviors gives depth to the safari; the animals remain free and encounters are not guaranteed.
SourceThe right base before the kilometers
One night inside the park and one outside the gate have different logistics. We do not transform the map pin into an input: in the proposal we verify real accesses and times.
SourceThere is not just one safari season
The main Namibian rainfall is concentrated between December and April. Vegetation, light and water availability change: the choice of period depends on what you want to observe, not on a universal formula.
