The dunes of The Fall, the dust of Mad Max, the life told by documentaries. On the screen Namibia changes role, but its landscapes remain real. Here we collect movies and stories to discover them and begin to imagine your journey.
One selection, four paths
Films shot in Namibia: visual attraction and curiosity on the sets. Nature and conservation: contents that describe the real territory. Namibian cinema: local voices, urban life and memory. Episodes and reports: shorter viewings or a different tone of entertainment. The relationship with the country remains a field distinct from the format.

It takes the direction Atlas “editoriale cinema” of 13 October: white background #FFFFFFFF, text #151716, orange #F56642, green acid #D3EF42, Archivo and menu glass floating. Wide video opening, full frame vertical posters, white space and readable cards. The materials without a verified vertical variant retain the original format at the bottom of the lists. Pictures of landscapes are not presented as frames of different works. Black remains in the video, without turning the whole page into a clone of streaming platforms.

The BBC sequence is identified by the official channel description as Natural World – Desert Lions. It was not attributed to Planet Earth II. The extract of The Fall comes from the historical trailer published by Rotten Tomatoes Classic Trailers: it offers a short namibian sequence without the writings of the MUBI teaser. There is also a change of picture already in the trailer.
Mounting to net cuts, without audio, synthetic filters or new images. Horizontal format for desktop and vertical cutout for mobile, without deforming proportions. The cuts were examined to avoid promotional signs and black frames. The initial frame also provides posters of the two versions.
Rights: is a local editorial test with works of third parties. The accessibility of the online trailer does not automatically grant advertising reuse. Single source: the local catalog is in content/redland-tv/catalog-2026-10-16.json. The mock-up is a photograph generated. In production the cards will go into the same editorial system used by Atlas; future technical integration has not been implemented or presumed available. No changes to Journey, users, prices or commercial catalog.
Tab fields: title and original title, year and version, author, format, relationship with Namibia, location, REDLAND motivation, source and quality of evidence, offers by country, type of access, precise link, date of source and control, verified languages, image/video rights, editorial status. The offers paid on Amazon Video do not go confused with the inclusion in the Prime subscription.
Proposed management: editorial review of Emanuele and cultural contextualization with Mia, to be agreed. Check the offers before launch and then every 30 days, as a procedure to be activated only if required. The information not checked within the threshold passes to “check”; any broken links do not disappear without trace. No automatic monitoring activated.
First version: public list, search, format and platform filters, cards with links, introduction and authorized videos.
